2. Manage feedback | - Release feedback to the authors - you will be asked to select the type of feedback (grades, feedback, approvals, etc) that you want to release.
- Recall previously released feedback from the authors - the authors will be notified that the feedback has been recalled.

3. Export | Selected submissions can be exported as PDF documents (suitable for printing). |
4. Upload a file | Enables workspace Members to upload and submit a file from their computer without having to upload in Pebble+ first. The files will also be saved as an asset in their Pebble+ account. |
5. Report | Any relevant reports are available to run in this drop-down. See our dedicated help page for Reporting for more information. |
6. Send Message | Allows you to send a message to the authors of the selected submission(s). |
7. Pause assignment | Takes a snapshot of all submissions at the time of pausing. Further changes made by the asset authors will not be visible on the workspace while the assignment is paused. This enables feedback to be added to an unchanging version of the work. Click Play to play the assignment again - all submissions will be updated to the latest version. The Pause snapshot will be stored by date and time under the drop-down list in #9. For more information go to Pause, Play, & Stop |
8. You are viewing... | If you have more than one assignment on the workspace, a drop-down list will appear next to 'You are viewing:' where you can select which assignment submissions you want to view. You can move between assignments by selecting them from the list. |
9. Live | You can select to view the assignments Live or view a Pause snapshot if you have created any. Pause snapshots are listed by date and time. You can also view submissions at any date and time after submission by using the date selector. |
10. Filter the submissions | This filter tool searches the Title and Author fields. Once two letters have been entered corresponding submissions will be identified and continue to be filtered as further text is entered. |
11. Filter activity | This gives you the option to filter by submissions with or without new activity. |
12. Filter sets | If you have arranged workspace Members into Sets, a drop-down list will appear next to the filter tool. If you are a Lead Tutor and have access to all Sets, you can choose which Set you would like to view the Submissions from. You can also choose to view All Allocated/Unallocated submissions. If you are a Tutor you will most likely only see the submission from the students in your Set (depending upon the permissions that have been set for Managers). |
13. Checkbox | Use the tick box next to each submission to select the submission. Immediately above this column, you will see how many items you have selected. This will enable you to Manage Submissions or Manage Feedback for multiple submissions at once. |
14. Submission details | This column shows details of the submission including title, description, date of submission, last modified date, and author (publisher) details. Click on the column heading to select from a range of sorting options including title, submitted date, last modified date, username, first name and last name. |
15. Progress | This column appears if a workbook is submitted that has progress tracking enabled and at least one page is completed. The percentage indicates progress towards completion. You can sort this column by pressing the icon. |
16. Grades | Grades added to submissions will appear in this column. If more than one grade has been added the latest grade will appear. You can sort this column by pressing the icon. |
17. Feedback | The feedback icon will appear in this column when feedback has been added to the submission. You can sort this column by pressing the icon. |
18. Capability Approvals | The Capability Approval icon will appear in this column when approvals have been added to capability elements within the submission. You can sort this column by pressing the icon. |
19, 20, 21. Level One/Two/Three Approvals | This column will appear on the submissions page if Approvals have been enabled in the Management > Feedback section. An approvals icon (green, yellow or red) will appear in this column when an approval has been added to the submission. You can sort this column by pressing the icon. |
22. Assessor Fields | This column will appear if a workbook with assessor fields has been submitted. When pages have been completed a clipboard with a green tick appears. You can sort this column by pressing the icon. |
23. Page Verifications | This column will appear if a workbook with page release verifications has been submitted. When pages have been verified a green thumbs-up will appear in the column. You can sort this column by pressing the icon. |
24. Asset type | Icons in this column indicate the type of asset that has been submitted. |
25. Released | Grades, Feedback, Capability Approvals, and Approvals have an associated green arrow (Released) icon to indicate if the feedback item has been released to the submission author. |
26. Not Released | Grades, Feedback, Capability Approvals, and Approvals have an associated yellow exclamation mark (Not Released) icon to indicate if the feedback item has not been released to the submission author. Feedback that has not been released needs to be manually released using the Manage Feedback option (see #2). |
27. Deadlines | Click on this icon to open a panel below it that details the deadlines that apply to this assignment. Click on the icon a second time to close the panel. For more information go to Deadlines. |
