PostPostpeb A Post is a Page asset that is added to a Blog. When created it saves in the Blog and saves as a separate asset in your asset store. Anything from a simple thought containing a short textual snapshot through to a rich record including video or images can be added. The Asset Store can be filtered to just show Posts. |
PublishPublishpeb Makes the asset available on the internet with an open URL that can be included in emails, websites, etc. Anyone accessing the URL can view the asset. |

TagsTagspeb Tags are labels you can attach to your assets to help you to search and organise, and to find related assets. For example, you might add a particular tag to all the assets you create relating to a project you are involved in. You can then list all of these assets in a single search or create a Collection of these assets based on that tag. You can add multiple tags to a single asset, enabling the one asset to appear in different searches and collections based on the tags it has been given. |

Templates are designed to scaffold the process of creating records of learning and experience. PebblePad comes with a number of default Templates that are generic and designed to support a range of tasks. These are grouped into four categories – Plan, Experience, Reflection, Talent. Templates that you design or are made available to you by others are found in your Resource Store. When you complete a Template it is saved as an Asset in your Asset Store. |

WorkbookWorkbookpeb A workbook is a multiple page booklet that can be designed to deliver content and interactive material to the user for learning, revision or for assessment. A workbook typically contains multiple templates but can also contain holders for users to add Blogs, Foliopages, Collections, and Activity Logs. Workbooks can be shared directly with users and can be made available to groups of users via ATLAS workspaces. The workbook creator can continue to add new pages, or make changes to existing pages, even after the workbook has been made available to users. This enables a ‘drip-feed’ of activities rather than having to provide everything up front, as with Portfolios. |
WorkspaceWorkspacepeb A Workspace is an area within ATLAS created for a group of users undertaking common activities within a defined time frame. Members submit assets to a workspace for feedback, assessment, peer review, etc. A Workspace has up to five pages – About, Submissions, Resources, Community, and Conversations. |
